Bloodhound SSC Speeds Into Edgbaston Village

Midlands businesses heard the latest developments behind the attempt to break the World Land Speed record of 1,000mph when Bloodhound SSC (Supersonic Car) came to Edgbaston Village. Moore Stephens, one of the top ten accountancy firms in the UK, partnered with Bloodhound SSC to host the event at its Calthorpe Road offices within the village, with the support of sponsors Calthorpe Estates, Perkins Slade and Birmingham City University.

Bloodhound SSC is designed to push engineering and science beyond the boundaries of current technology and inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers through education.
