Boston Tea Party and more coming to Edgbaston Village

Within the heart of Edgbsaton Village there is a hive of activity to finalise the building make-over ready for the Boston Tea Party – arriving this Summer, to tempt us with a range of refreshments and treats.

Calthorpe Estates is in discussions with a range of independent retailers looking to introduce new services across Edgbaston Village by taking space at recently refurbished Islington Row and Greenfield Crescent. The renovation of office space into retail units is nearly complete and the public realm works should be finished by the end of the year.
