Changing Rooms At Simpsons

The transformation of Simpsons is expected to be revealed at the end of the September, as one of Birmingham’s best-loved and most highly-regarded Michelin-starred restaurants undergoes an extensive refurbishment programme over the
next few months.
The extension of the restaurant’s main dining area will create a stunning space which makes the most of the historic building and its beautiful landscaped gardens.
Proprietor, Andreas Antona, said: “The refurbishment has been on the cards for a couple of years now, and during that time we have been working through plans to enhance the building in a manner that is sensitive to the building’s Grade II listed status, whilst improving efficiency of service for the restaurant.
“It is a huge and exciting undertaking that will signal the beginning of a new era for Simpsons and underlines our ambition to remain at the forefront of Birmingham’s dining scene.”
Simpsons remains open while the extension is underway.
