New Edgbaston Village home for local property agent

Established independent estate agent, Fishers Property Letting and Management, has finalised its relocation to Edgbaston Village after successfully reaching a letting agreement of its own with Calthorpe Estates.

Joining a growing list of diverse businesses located on the Calthorpe Estate, Fishers has just moved in to its new home at 30 Harborne Road. It has left its home of more than 60 years in neighbouring Harborne, in what is a significant and exciting step for the family-run business.

A key decision for relocating to the heart of Edgbaston are the benefits that the location offers for its customers, as owner Alan Holland explains: “Having a more centrally-located base will mean our customers will have easier access to our new office and be able to take advantage of the range of leisure and lifestyle facilities across Edgbaston Village within walking distance of one another. Transport links are much improved thanks to the close proximity to Five Ways station and a number of local bus routes, in addition to a pay and display car parking to the rear of our office.”

Established over 100 years ago, Fishers have moved to contemporary office space after previously being located at a converted terrace of houses. Fishers’ employees will now be able to take advantage of the perks of a brand-new office environment, including air conditioning and an open-plan design all set within a stunning Victorian property.
