New Look Greenfield Crescent

Calthorpe Estates, jointly with Birmingham City Council (BCC), are undertaking public realm works to enhance pedestrian access, streetscape and car parking facilities, making Edgbaston Village a more enjoyable destination to visit.

Work starts at the beginning of September and concludes Spring 2021. Greenfield Crescent will be completely overhauled, with the introduction of new high quality finishes and a central shared surface section which will offer pedestrian only access during restricted times of the day. The works will also result in the delivery of improved wayfinding signage and an additional access constructed to new car parking areas.
