To celebrate their 25th anniversary, Simpsons is holding a range of events and special offers. 

Simpsons Most Popular Lunch Offer
When: until the end of November 2018 (extended due to popular demand!)
What: Simpsons will be serving their most popular lunch offer, enjoy a superb 3 course lunch complete with amuse-bouche, breads, pre-dessert and 1/2 bottle of house wine. 
Cost: for only £39.50 per person.

Dinner with Masi
When: Tuesday 6th November, 7 for 7.30pm
What: Simpsons is delighted to welcome the Masi Winery to the restaurant. Giacomi Boscaini from the leading Amarone producer will host an Italian Wine Dinner, for which Chef Director Luke Tipping has designed a four-course meal.

When: Monday 5th November

Blue Piano Live Music

Move your body to some live music at The Blue Piano every Friday during October.

Enjoy the magic of R&B, soul, jazz and funk during November with Chris Bowden Presents: Nigel Price Trio ft. Vasilis Xenopoulos on 1 Nov, or lose your head on 2 Nov with The New Arkansans, followed by Blue Silk on 9 Nov, Steve Big Man Clayton on 16 Nov, Edgbar Macias Trio on 22 Nov, and The Big Dan Band on 23 Nov, finished off with the Women of Jazz performing on 30 Nov. Wow, what a line up! 

Every week Blue Piano host a range of amazing Jazz, R&B and Soul evenings, most are free to attend. They also have a fabulous range of cocktails and fantastic South East Asian food on offer too!

El Borracho de Oro

Tuesday from 7pm
What: Every week in the bar area at El Borracho de Oro, there is an informal Language meet group for those wanting to improve their English/Spanish. Free to attend, simply turn up and learn!

Christmas Shopping Inspiration
Tuesday 20th November 2018, 1.30pm to 5.30pm

What: Join OKA for an afternoon of Christmas Shopping, where you will receive expert advice on getting your home ready for the season ahead including Christmas table decorating and seasonal faux flower displays, whilst enjoying a glass of prosecco and a mince pie.

And don’t forget OKA will be open late on 23rd November for the Christmas Lights switch on, they will be serving mulled wine and mince pie, another opportunity to get yourself set for Christmas.

Late Night Christmas Shopping
Friday 23rd November 2018, open until 9pm

What: Pop in to Neptune this autumn and get ready for Christmas, whether you want to treat yourself to a new hand made kitchen, or fabulous piece of furniture or some amazing home accessories, there has never been a better time. To enable you to make the most of what is on offer, they will be open late on Friday 23rd November and be offering free mulled wine and mince pies in-store.

Edgbaston Village Christmas Light Switch On

Outside St George’s Church and along Highfield Road
Friday 23rd November 2018, 4pm to 7pm, with the lights switch on at 6pm.
What: The family friendly event will have a visit from Santa Claus, Mrs Claus and his real-life reindeer, plus there will be a host of entertainment from The Miss Fortunes performing, Elmhurst Ballet School dancing, Christmas carol singing, with John Dalzeil (JD) from Free Radio plus children’s vintage rides, ‘Taste of Edgbaston and gourmet food and drink.

The Botanical Gardens

Where: The Botanical Gardens, Westbourne Road, 4 minutes walk from Edgbaston Village
When: 26 October to 4 November
What: Beware the watching eyes, gawp at the Wicker man cultists and cover your ears for the lagoon queen who can lure you to your peril with just her voice, at a live action spooky trail. Have a spook-tacular time, enjoy street food eating and drinking, performers, music and entertainment – suitable for all ages
