Follow the Yellow Brick Road to Edgbaston Village

Something magical is coming to Edgbaston Village this summer…

For one night only, Greenfield Crescent will be transformed into a yellow brick road as we host a very special outdoor screening of The Wizard of Oz, in partnership with the brilliant team at Flatpack Festival.

Whether you’re a lifelong fan or seeing it for the first time, this is your chance to experience the beloved 1939 classic in a whole new way – under the stars, surrounded by good food, great company, and the vibrant charm of Edgbaston Village.

What’s Happening?

On Saturday 19 July, we’re inviting you to step into the magical world of Oz, right here in Birmingham.

As the sun sets, Judy Garland’s Dorothy will take to the screen – but not before an exclusive live introduction, expect glitter, laughs, and plenty of heart.

Tickets are just £5 and include a seat for the screening, so all you need to bring is your love of film (and maybe a pair of ruby slippers).

Eat, Drink and Enjoy

Come early and explore the street before the show begins. Greenfield Crescent will be buzzing with atmosphere, with food and drink on offer from some of our favourite local independents:

• Chapter will be serving seasonal small plates and cocktails

• Loki Wine will have curated glasses (and bottles!) perfect for cinema sipping

• Smoke + Ash will be firing up Neapolitan pizza and more
